The player from Italy had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, their payout had not been received yet. The issue was resolved when the casino confirmed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully. We communicated the resolution to the player, but due to a lack of response, the complaint was eventually rejected.

I made a deposit of about $160 to the Weltbet site. I placed a bet and won, when I wanted to withdraw my money, I was told that I had to make a rollover requirement of 5 times my principal. I completed the rollover requirement. Then they said I could make a withdrawal request.
First, they asked me to verify my national ID card and address. I did.
Later, even though I made a withdrawal request with crypto, they asked for a bank statement. I sent the document they requested.
Later, even though my national ID was approved, they asked for a selfie again and I sent that too.
Then the support team sent me an email stating that the kyc team had queued my transaction.
Finally, although I delivered the documents they requested in 5 minutes, it took hours for them to review the documents and respond to me. And lastly, they sent this email.
However, it has been 2 days since this email and I still haven't received my money. KYC and the support team are no longer responding to my emails. The employees in live support are wasting my time by telling me that the KYC team is working very hard to send me my money and that they are manually reviewing every document. No one is helping.
