I made a real-time transfer on 02/13/22, until today no credit on my game account.
I have asked the casino several times to clarify the matter, but I am getting nowhere. Then I also contacted the Volta Connect Bank, and there was no solution either.
What should I do now?
I'm pissed off and would like my money back.

Ich habe am 13.2.22 eine Echtzeitüberweisung gemacht, bis heute kein Guthaben auf meinem Spielkonto.
Ich habe mehrmals das Casino aufgefordert, die Sache zu klären, komme aber nicht weiter. Dann habe ich mich auch noch an die Volta-Connect-Bank gewendet, da kommt auch keine Lösung.
Was soll ich jetzt tun?
Ich bin stinke sauer und möchte am liebsten mein Geld zurück.

It's funny, after I made the complaint to you, the money suddenly appeared in my player account.
I don't know where the money was at the time.
So, again I will not deposit in this casino again.

es ist ja komisch, nachdem ich die Beschwerde bei Ihnen gemacht habe, ist dann auf einmal das Geld auf meinem Spielerkonto aufgetaucht.
Wo das Geld zwischenzeitlich war ist mir nicht bekannt.
Also, nochmal werde ich in diesem Casino nicht mehr einzahlen.
