Welcome bonus has not loaded after several attempts through live chat.I can now only communicate via languages (everything but English).I have $20 @ 100% and a few spins which havent loaded. The differculty level to claim this simple first deposit is insane.Im asking for my money back and some compensation for wasting my time on a simple task.

When processed the deposit into the casino? Which payment method did you use? Is the  $20 credited into your casino account already?

Please note that in case you deposited during weekend there might be a delay of the payment and that's why it was not yet credited do you. I would recommend to contact the live chat or the e-mail support of the casino directly with this issue to credit the bonus manualy. Please let us know if the problem would still persist even after you contact the casino.

To be quite clear I'd like to drop this complaint,After about 2hours back and forth the casino paid up.But you had to shake the tree a bit for the fruit to fall.Once the Guru got involved things moved quickly.
