Wager Beat Casino - Player's winnings have been voided.

I was playing with my money (No bonus added when I made a deposit) I asked to withdrawl $5000 from the $30000 as that was the maximum withdrawl limit. I wss srnt a email saying i had breached the terms because they added a free cash bonus of $100 to my account without me knowing, and then debited my account $30000 and then $500 due to my circumstances. Please help!

Was this your first withdrawal request in the casino? When was the "bonus" addeed to your casino account? Did they ask you before they did or was it automatically added? Also please, if you have any proof or relevnat conversation between you and the casino forward it to nikolas.b@casino.guru to support the case. Looking forward you answer.
