The player's winnings have been voided due to breaching casino terms. We rejected the complaint as the player was non-responsive.
I was playing with my money (No bonus added when I made a deposit) I asked to withdrawl $5000 from the $30000 as that was the maximum withdrawl limit. I wss srnt a email saying i had breached the terms because they added a free cash bonus of $100 to my account without me knowing, and then debited my account $30000 and then $500 due to my circumstances. Please help!

Was this your first withdrawal request in the casino? When was the "bonus" addeed to your casino account? Did they ask you before they did or was it automatically added?
