The player from Australia is criticizing procedure which accompanies account closure. After a closer examination, we rejected this complaint as unjustified.
I had an extremely difficult time closing my account via live support. The agent constantly insisted I keep my account active. And it went back and forth for over an hour. She "Cassie" needed to know every detail on why I was closing my account. Do not use this unlicensed casino.

No funds were being withheld as after reading reviews, I decided not to deposit funds into my account and close it. It was just extremely difficult to do so. And after going back and forth for around 2 hours on live support with "Cassie" (who, I suspect was not Caucasian, as her photo suggested) she did eventually close my account after trying to upsell and offer free "credits" over and over again.
