They collect my data n document after 24 hours gone my account can't login when I reached via whatsapp they said now I m coding w88 customer care voice-


sir its locked because while the management was checking your betting , they found that there is some problem on your betting so your winning amount is forfeited , your account is unlocked now you can log in and can withdraw 1100 INR .


Now what's is the rule of betting it's scam site they can't give my money solve my issue

There has been no response from the casino so far. I will attempt to contact them again.

In the meantime, please let me know if there are any developments.


We would like to ask W88.com Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, the complaint will become ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

Dear Monojit,


I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but without success. The casino states it has a license from The Cagayan Economic Zone Authority but we have been unable to verify the validity of this. As such, I’m afraid there is nothing that can be done without cooperation from the casino.


I will mark the complaint "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints may help to change the casino's approach. I wish I could have been of more help.
