The player from Argentina would like to close the casino account. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I want to cancel my account since these kinds of games do not attract my attention. I want all my data and accounts to be deleted.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I checked the casino's T&Cs and I found this:
"6.8 Any Account Holder may close their account and terminate this Agreement by sending an email to Vulkanbet on support@vulkanbet.com. Account holder accepts that they shall be responsible for activity on their Account until such closure has been confirmed in writing by Vulkanbet."
Since we are not a casino and cannot personally do this for you, my best recommendation would be to contact the casino directly and ask for help, as only they are able to close your account.
