I earned some fund from bonus and some deposit made and taken withdraw.casino said to verify first then I submitted my I'd document front + back + selfie with I'd and after 12 hour i was verified. And I taken withdraw but withdraw not arrived after two days.i asked what is the issue then they said to submit an extra document i.e selfie with I'd card and playing casino in background . Lol!😆.
ok so i again submitted requested document but they r not reviewing my that document from 7 days and repeating same thing ,it is in review.
All other document are verified but only one document in pending and due to this my withdraw is not processing .
I wanted from u to please help me to review my document by contacting them .so i can get my withdraw fund.i loosed my hope alredy

My document was alredy verified and I got mail that I m successfully verified a week ago.and that time I submitted my adhar card front ,back and selfie with front I'd+ adress proof.
But when I initiated my withdraw then they said u have to submit a extra photo in which u should carry I'd in one hand and game playing with vulkan vegas in other hand . And i submitted it too but a week passed not reviewed by the team.
