Hi Nick,


I'm sorry for the delayed response. Vulkan Casino is correct that they did a successful withdrawal last July 15,2022 by removing the funds from my VulKan Vegas account balance. But I still didn't received the funds. They can check the details in their financial department. They should have done checking the records on their financial department before sending a message or information here which is incomplete. I've already submitted the transaction history of my Master Card debit card dated from July !5, 2022 onwards to Vulkan Vegas support team. I'm so sorry nick that I didn't sent you a copy of the document that I've sent to them. But if you needed those document I'll send it to you. Anyway as for the information of everybody here, up until now I still didn't received an email or an update with regards to my issue.
