I requested the withdrawal and it was not processed.
I sent all the documents as requested, including the image of my checking account statement to which I requested the withdrawal, the amount, but so far they have not resolved the problem.
I don't know what else to do and I count on your help to help me solve this situation.

Only today I received the notification that my account was verified, but it didn't depend on me, because what they asked me and I had already sent.
My winnings were real money.
Yesterday I contacted the casino again and was told by the attendant that I should continue to wait for my account to be verified.
