Vulkan Vegas Casino - The player's withdrawal is delayed.

I have requested a withdrawal of funds 2 days ago and all of the live chats agents assured me that i will get my money in 48 hours after my withdrawal even their terms state that the withdrawals for players who are verified wont exceed 48 hours.The only thing that the live chat agents say are to be patient and wait a little bit longer.Also the i send and email to their support and the wont answer.I dont know what is going on with casino but im never playing on it again.
