The player's withdrawal has been delayed even though he is verified. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
I am fully verified and have been able to make some withdrawals in the past, quickly and easily. Usually within 24 hours.
This time, however, my payment stays with the status "processing" for an unusually long time and nothing happens.
The support put me off repeatedly only with the generic answer that they passed it on to their financial service provider and that there is nothing more they can do for me.
Ich bin vollumfänglich verifiziert und konnte in der Vergangenheit bereits einige Auszahlungen tätigen, schnell und unkompliziert. Meist innerhalb von 24 Stunden.
Dieses mal verweilt meine Auszahlung allerdings ungewöhnlich lange mit dem Status "wird verarbeitet" und nichts passiert.
Der Support vertröstet mich wiederholt nur mit der generischen Antwort, dass sie es an ihren Finanzdienstleister weitergeben haben und nichts weiter für mich tun können.
