And it still says '' incomplete '' when i try to withdraw. or they reject it. Ive send all the information they asked for. and yes. i just cant get my money out of the site. Can you please help me?

i did finish my KYC sunday the 5 december... And then they cancelled my kyc? So i completed another one on the 10 december.. But in my withdraw it still just says - Incomplete Or Rejected.
i only did use the welcome bonus. where you get 100% your deposit. And i wagered that done i needed to wager 13000kr. And i did that. And yes i did contact the live support but i dont get any awnsers. ive send them a email also. Not heard anything from it.

If the verification got complete on 10th of December, I would definitely recommend to just wait. If it's the first time you made a withdrawal, it might take up to 14 days for the money to arrive on your account. Please be patience and keep us updated if the money would arrive.
