Absolute scam site I logged in and was checking it out when a message pops into my inbox 125% and 35 free spins.After validating the code prior to deposit I deposited and the bonus wasnt added.I went to live chat who just stonewalled me with various reasons.ITS not valid.Its expired to you put the code in wrong.I then produced a screenshot of the code being validated with it clearly saying VALID and was told that my device must be faulty.Such a minuscule amount.Spent more time on chat than actually playing and got nowhere,Site needs to be blacklisted.

Could you please advise where did you find that bonus promotion code and if yes, could you forward the link or some information about it? Was there any bonus credited to you after you contacted the support?

It would be great to firstly know the source of the bonus as many affiliate sites may offer older bonuses but on the other side, the casino should have compensated you if you are not from a country where the bonuses from them are restricted. Absolutely nothing was offered in the way of compensation during the live chat instead its left to me to prove the deal exists .Once it was active I screenshot it and sent that 25mins into the live chat after hearing every excuse under the sun.Once the hard evidence came out,it became my problem "your device is faulty"NOTHING BUT DEFLECTION AND DECEPTION.Spent more time arguing than actually playing and got nothing.

I would like to confirm once again, this bonus was available to you, and you pressed "Activate" on 30-07-2021 00:44 (UTC)


On 04.08.2021 14:46:09 (UTC) you refused this bonus.

Could you please provide any screenshot of that conversation with the casino? So far you've shown us only different welcome bonuses from different sites and as your welcome bonus was canceled, there shouldn't be any welcome bonus available for your account.

You mentioned that the bonus was activated by the player on 30.7. - what it means then it was refused on 4.8.? Could you please clarify?

Hey Nick,


The player clicked "activate" on 30.7

Afterwards, the bonus program was waiting for the deposit.

Then no activity observed, then on 04.08 the player logs in, and within the bonus card he refuses from this bonus.

Afterwards, no activity as well. And the only one deposit was made on 15.09.2021 08:51:02 (UTC) (That is more than a month after activating the welcome bonus).


In any case, the welcome bonus is available for 5 days after receiving it, so in under any circumstances the player could not receive the package, hence the deposit was in September.

Based on the actions made in the casino, we will be now forced to close the complaint as rejected. If you did not deposit during the activation of bonus, no wonder you received nothing. Also we consider every casino bonus as a good-will of the casino so it is entirely up to them whether they give you any compensation or not if the issue did not happend on their side.

Is there anything else we can assist you with? If no, as mentioned above, the complaint will be rejected.
