So I was on live chat with someone vulkan vegas and they told me I didn't need to register all those details that they ask for like bank statements and stuff...and my withdrawal has been rejected so many times I think its a scam

Hi kristina no I've not made any successful withdrawals but I was chatting with someone on live chat on vulkan vegas, and they told me I didn't have to do this kyc verification that I would still get my money I've deposited €20 and won some money and it looks like they don't want to pay and live chat is no longer available its seems and its looks like a scam to me
