The player from Brazil is not able to request a withdrawal. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.
I've already tried to make my withdrawal in all ways, my kyc certification has already been done successfully and even so my withdrawal requests are always rejected.
