The player from Argentina has been trying to withdraw her winnings for 4 months. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I have been playing for approximately 4 months and I can never withdraw my winnings, I deposited again, I played and nothing.

I have full verification. I have tried to withdraw money several times. I wrote to the agent online. And they told me to try Skrill because card withdrawals weren't working. But still for Skrill they don't pay me

The player deposited 21.07.2021 18:38:12 (UTC), won some money, but the withdrawal was declined due to document request. Afterwards, the player lost the money.
The next deposit was done 18.01.2022 16:46:44 (UTC), the player again won some money, turned to support (without making any withdrawal requests) and asked about KYC. Was guided thrue and successfully verified.
On 19.01.2022 12:39:29 (UTC) the first withdrawal request was created and approved on 19.01.2022 17:21:08 (UTC)
Several more withdrawal requests have been also successfully approved and transactions are successful.
7,000 ARS should already be on player's Skrill/Neteller account.
We kindly ask to make the withdrawal request in order to withdraw the remaining 11,700 ARS @Melany
