So I’ve withdrawn 1000 euros in 3 separate transactions on the 10.06 , I got an email on the 11.06 ( payment successfull)

today 18.06 still there I no money on my account, I’ve talked to them really on asking for an proof of sending ( Auszahlungsbeleg) now these people try to tell me they need over 7 days to send me my proof of deposit.


i tried talking to multiple (agents ) I don’t know if they are not allowed to help, but they all acted dumb and kept replying with robotic awsners,

I’ve told them if matter is not solved by eow I will sue them for 3 diff charges

For the players who have successfully completed the verification process, the withdrawal amount from 500 EUR to 5000 EUR (or equivalent in your currency) will be approved by the casino within 5 business days from the date of the request, excluding weekends and holidays.



iam verified, the transaction is already approved and they lie about it already being send to me ( I live in Europe ) transferred money within Europa takes a max of 1 day. Provided by bank law

I guess you did not really look into it,

because if you did, you would see that I contacted the support days and days,

asking for information,

I have screenshots of my talks to your support employees, trust me you don’t want them to be leaked, as wired and questionable the are,

my request for investigation was made on the 14,06.


I’ve tried a lot of ways asking for an (proof of deposit) I was rejected many times,



so I cindly ask you not to tell me to contact support instead actually look into it.


And solve the matter

all I needed from you guys for 8 days,

was a ( proof of deposit) to go to my bank and see what’s up. I can show you screenshots of over 10 employees awnsering 🤖 to my questions.


I had the discussion with my lawyer already,

by ignoring my request and not proving crucial information, we can press up to 3 charges against you.


I think it’s a very intimate relation with a casino, I trust you my desposit I have to be 💯 % about a withdrawal and if something happens I can’t the support needed.

Iam not playing.

there rules I have to follow same way for you guys.


I don’t entend this enden with both of us parting ways, but I will stand on my right,

I kept starting support chats asking for that prof of deposit,

keeing a backlog in mind and all other challenges that you may face,

if you need almost 10 days, ( 1rd of the month ) just understand the fact that I believe you guys payed, have mistake being from my banks side,

I made the withdrawal on the 11.06

somehow they had the proof of deposit made in 18 days earlier,


@vulkanvegas you have 5 days to transfer the money, or I will sue you on 2 charges

Just to be transparent the charges against Vulkan Vegas are finished they will be send to the Prosecutor as soon as a wish so,

ive spent 200 euro for the lawyer,


still no money on my balance

the withdrawals of the 11.06 did not reach me,


note I already invested the money ( in form of a lawyer the casino ( in case I open the case ) will pay a lot of money as fines for not paying me

here are the bankstatesments of 06.2024


note: some sensible transaction made before the 06.11 ( the date the money got sent out allegedly) are blurred as they contain personal ID data and social security.


to ensure there safety and to provide you with much info as possible, the dates are still shoving.


For the transaction blurred before 11.06

you can still see the date but what’s written in the ( Verwendungszweck )


EVERY TRANSACTION MADE AFTER OR ON THE 11.06 is CLEAR VISIBLE, DATE+ Amount + reason.


if you guys want a letter from lawyer

I will pay him to do it,

note I will charge the money from you,

as it’s the second time Iam paying from my money to recive the payment.

Secondly, there are some transactions blurred, so that it cannot be identified whether these transactions can be of what we are looking for.

Also, is there a way to get the statement that would be proved by the bank (e.g. with a stamp)? Thus, we will know for sure that photoshop was not used, etc.

I talked to the banker about the situation, and he advised me to not share the bankstatment if there is any information on it, that I do not feel comfortable sharing.

He strongly advised me to go on with legal action, and that’s what Ian going to do.

and 1,700 Euro that consist of reimbursement+ lawyer costs+ travel cost, payper cost, telecommunications cost ( internet used to write in casino Goru ) and you robotic support.

The cost of my bank doing 2 investigations is also added +20€


u did want to send me the 1000 Euro well now I demand 2,720

offcourse I don’t expect you to send it to right away as you have trouble sending 1000 already,
