Casino Vulcan is an unfair thief society. I had 98 Euros in my playing account and without doing anything they deducted 70 euros myself. Jindra, bonuses that don't require deposits in order to be activated usually have a maximum limit which you can claim as your legitimate winnings. The rest is deducted. In this case, it was €25, as stated in the Bonus T&Cs. If you played with this bonus, the casino didn't do anything wrong or unfair, therefore there is nothing more we can do to support your case.
