I already updated everything that I received by mail that I had to correct and I made the withdrawal request again, but nothing. How do I know if the certification has already been approved? I really need an answer and it bothers me that to pull the money from the card if they are punctual and efficient but when the player wants to withdraw it is a whole process, I dislike the way things are.
One is supposed to trust the casino, I don't understand why they treat players like that and I'm not the only one who complains about the same thing, there are many more complaints of the same kind.
