To begin with, I see that you haven't finished the wagering requirements for your deposit, and if a player tries to withdraw without meeting the requirements, there may be a fee associated. So there is a chance that the fee is so high, that your balance doesn't cover it.
Moreover, most withdrawal methods have a minimum withdrawal limit. If the player doesn't have enough funds on their account, they won't be able to withdraw.
Have you tried contacting the casino directly regarding this issue? If there is any relevant communication between you and the casino, please forward it to kristina.s@casino.guru. Alternatively, you can post it here.
