Dangerously Scam Online Casino

I WANT MY MONEY BACK - NOW


This casino is an absolute scam. I deposited $2000 and won upto $21,600 then my account got blocked.

VulkanVegas.com Robbed My Money !!!!


I uploaded all my documents, and they got approved but not verified. I asked the online customer service agent, they said initially, as long as the documents are approved, nothing to worry about. Then, first I tried to withdraw from my initial wins, the funds got returned back to my account, and they said its because my account is not verified. After about one weak, I kept playing and I had a winning streak. I placed multiple withdrawals, all of them indicated incomplete. I even got emails from them stating that my withdrawals are approved and under process.

I kept talking to them every day on thier chat box, they kept telling me that my verification is in the last stage of approval, and nothing to worry about.

I emailed them several times, as I started worrying about my verification is not being completed.


Today, I tried to open my account to check... It said "THIS USER IS BLOCKED"


So, obviously they took all my initial deposits, plus the wins, and they wont even return my initial deposit.


I am thinking to sue this casino, and go after them all the way. They have a corporate office in Cyprus, the company name is Brivio Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus, with its principal place of business at: Office 102, 12A Lekorpouzier, Limassol, Cyprus; Reg. No. HE315596; VAT number 10315596B.


I plead you all, stay away from this casino at all cost... Its a scam online casino, and all the casinos belonging to Brivio Ltd. They are criminals and will rob you out of your money.


I seek help from Casino.Guru if they can at least return my initial deposit. It seems like it would be impossible...


I will try with Curacao regulators, eCogra and other affiliated authorities, however, I am not even sure if these guys are holding a genuine gaming license.


According to Casino.Guru reviews, all their reviews and ratings are false, as they rated VulkanVegas casino with close to 10 rating, and they said that its one of the biggest casino out there. I literally took their review seriosly... Later I found out that on Trust Pilot VulkanVegas Casino has one of the worst rating our there, and everyone is facing withdrawal issues.

So, I lose my money and my time , and because of VulkanVegas casino, I entirely lost trust on Online Casinos, and I will fare good bye to online gaming...This is it for me... Its now proven that most of them are Thieves, Hungry for your money, and will suck the life out of you....

So STAY AWAY from VULKANVEGAS CASINO and all of them ..ITS NOT WORTH IT !!!!!


As of today, I am devastated from such Rude, Cold Blooded Criminals... I have been playing on multiple highly rated online Casinos, and never faced any problem with withdrawing large wins. This is the first time, and it was a very rude awakening, and disgusting. I just dont want to go through a similar situation again in my life, I dont need this filth... I have filed a complaint with Curacao Gaming Commission against VulkanVegas Casino. One thing I realized, that VulkanVegas Casino, does not carry a CEG logo on their site, which indicates that they are not carrying Curacao Gaming License... I yet have to receive a response from Curacao Gaming Commission. But this observation is very serious folks.. VulkanVegas does not carry CEG logo...

Guys, this is a scam at its best or what? So, Vulkanvegas Casino or its group Brivio Limited has all the right to Rob and Confiscate players funds, and just walk out without even a single problem. Wow.... Someone has to stand up and stick his neck out to stop this Scam and criminal activity.


We are trying our best to report them to the local police in the UAE, as well as the local police in Cyprus. The group CEO Theodoros Theodorou will be reported at Cyrpus Consulate in the UAE for providing online service to the UAE citizen and robbing their money.


I will not accept this day light robbery, and I demand Brivio Limited, and VulkanVegas to at least minimum return my Initial deposit back in the amount of EUR 2,0000 which I deposited, and they can hold back all the wins upto EUR 21,6000


Their reasoning is that I used VPN and its against their terms and conditions. My response is that all the time I played on VulkanVegas I did not use the VPN and it was off all the time when I was playing. However, when I browsing the site, the VPN might get openned when I am browsing other sites specially communication channels to access VoIP... At that time Vulkanvegas might have picked up a VPN address. But they have the proof that during the gaming sessions, the VPN was off, and they will see on their system.


The trick VulkanVegas used to Rob me out of my money is as following:


1- When I first registered and opened my account, I uploaded all the documents and even more.

2- When I asked the customer service on their web chat, when my account will be verified, they responded in maximum a week.

3- I followed up again, and I saw that all the documents were approved but the verification still remained non-verified.

4- I asked in the web chat, why is it that the documents are approved but my account is still non-verified, it looked suspicious.

5- They responded back saying, nothing to worry about, your documents are approved by our collegues in quality team, at it is at the last stage of verification. Go ahead to deposit, you will be able to withdraw easily with no issues.

6- I asked them what is the withdrawal limit, they said its unlimited.

7- Then I deposited EUR 2,000 and I won over EUR 21,600 over 5 days of gaming sessions

8- Then I placed incremental withdrawals, all indicated "Incomplete", so I asked them why my withdrawals state incomplete, why you send me Email saying that the Withdrawal is approved and its in the Process....They responded back saying, because my Account is not Fully Verified.

9- It went back and forth for about a week, daily more than 3-4 times I talked to them saying that why my account is still not verified, while all the documents are approved. They responded back saying its first come first based service.. So I must wait..

10- What really made me suspicious is that in the beginning, they said all my documents are approved, nothing to worry about, go ahead and deposit, and withdrawal will be done for sure....As my account is at final stage of verification. I asked them again and again, why it is not verified while my documents are approved....It simply doesn't make sense, I have never seen this phenomenon in any other online casinos.


Obviously, what they were doing is that, they were giving false indication that the documents are approved, while keeping the account non-verified, just in case, when the player wins, they will come up with any excuse to block the player and confiscate the funds.


My worries came true, Yesterday, when I checked my account, it Said "The Player is Blocked" and it had EUR 21,600 in there.....


This casino, the management team, the group Brivio Limited all have a very bad reputation on the internet. I simply opened account in Vulkan Vegas Casino, because Casino.Guru gave them almost 10/10 Rank and mentioned that they are one of the largest casino in the world in their assessment. On the contrary, Askgamblers and Trust Pilot almost Blacklisted VulkanVegas casino and all other casinos owned by the group Brivio Limited.


I am still going to stick my neck out , and I demand my deposit EUR 2,000 refunded to my USDT wallet.

Ok... To answer your question, please find my answers below:


1- Have you made any successful withdrawals before?

No, I placed almost 5 Withdrawals, and none of them were successful, all indicated Incomplete.


2- Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

I never activated any Bonus, I played only with my deposit money


3- Could you please advise when exactly you created your account

I created the account on Friday 06/01/2023


4- and when it was blocked?

It was blocked yesterday 10/01/2023


5- Have you received any explanation from the casino regarding this issue?

They said to provide documentation that I reside in Hong Kong, I told them I submitted my documents and all are approved, and it mentions that I reside in the UAE, and my Profile is confirmed and my Mobile phone is confirmed, all linked to the UAE. I did not mention any where that I reside in HK.


They said I used VPN, and its against their Terms and Conditions, therefore, They will not refund my initial deposit of EUR 2000 and will confiscate all the wins upto EUR 21,6000


I told them that during the gaming sessions, I never used the VPN, as the VPN these days is very normal everyone carries it, as I keep the VulkanVegas website open, I might have browsed other sites and used VPN to browse VoIP for international communication for other sites, and VulkanVegas might have briefly picked up a different IP. Thats my best explanation why it showed a different IP on your system few times. However, whenever I started any gaming sessions on Vulkan Vegas, I always assured that the VPN was closed, as I did indeed read the T&C and I was fully aware that I cannot use the VPN, so I was not going to Jeopardies my Funds. Please check my Gaming sessions, during the games time frame, the VPN was shut down, I never used the VPN while the games were on.

We are now in touch with Cyprus Consulate in the UAE ,, logging in complaint against Brivio Limited.


We have opened a file case at Cyprus Consulate in the UAE, and they are aware of the situation. They mentioned that many Fraud companies use Cyprus as the Jurisdiction, but they are not Cypriot companies.


So we will proceed with the case, and Cyrpus Consulate will investigate Brivio Limited, and its management, and VulkanVegas Casino site.


We also have initiated local investigation in Cyprus against the Brivio Limited, the management team of Brivio Limited will be contacted soon.


I will update here on the response of the Cyprus Consulate, and our investigation effort on Brivio Limited.


We have also requested an investigation on Theodoros Theodorou, the owner of Brivio Limited, and we will post all the update here....

The issue is still not resolved, I have over EUR 21,600 in my account and I am locked out of my account....


Guys to resolve this issue, please send my withdrawals EUR 21,600 to my USDT wallet, the issue will be resolved and I will continue depositing and playing on Vulkanvegas, so lets be just cool mate...This is a very straight forward issue and all the issues can be resolved amicably, and we will back friends again. I am sure there is slight misunderstanding. I hope that my response is clear, and I tried my best to comply to the rules and nothing really is worth escalation at this point... Your system is not showing UAE IP? Why are you asking me to show you a proof that I played from Hong Kong while I played from the UAE? The VPN was off while I was playing the games. How come you got HK IP? You certainly has the proof that I played from the UAE, so why you are not asking me to provide you with the proof I played in the UAE? This is very strange !!!!! If you check your system, the IP for gaming sessions were all the time from the UAE.
