I believe there is cheating on big wins here. I've been waiting for payment 3b1d2387-cabe-4a71-9f32-c3f18b4d962b since 5.9. allegedly because of technical problems with the external provider. Strange yesterday I won €200 which have already been paid out how can that be if it is the same provider and allegedly has technical problems? I finally want a reasonable statement as to why my winnings of €1500 are simply not being paid out and when I can finally count on the money. Customer service is a huge disaster!
Ich glaube hier wird bei großen Gewinnen betrogen. Auf Auszahlung 3b1d2387-cabe-4a71-9f32-c3f18b4d962b warte ich seit 5.9. angeblich wegen technischer Probleme beim externen Anbieter. Komisch gestern habe ich 200€ gewonnen die wurden bereits ausgezahlt wie kann das sein wenn es der gleiche Anbieter ist und angeblich technische Probleme hat? Ich möchte nun endlich eine vernünftige Aussage warum mir mein Gewinn von 1500€ einfach mutwillig nicht ausgezahlt wird und wann ich endlich mit dem Geld rechnen kann. Der Kundenservice ist eine Riesen Katastrophe!

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
