2 weeks of waiting on my money. customer service tells me everyday to not worry, money is coming. Then out of nowhere, withdrawal is cancelled and I must go through the withdrawal process all over again. Customer service does not care, they send you the same copy/paste text over and over and takes them forever to even answer you. No possible way of communicating with any other department, not even a supervisor. It is the worst experience I've ever had on an online casino. If I ever get my money back, I will instantly delete my account and never go back. Absolute nightmare of a company.
