Hello, I have had my account for over 2 years and have deposited money into various accounts. I no longer have some accounts from 2023 and 2024. Impossible, not even a little bit accommodating, no help, just stalled, whether in chat or by email. Why could I keep making deposits without having verified the accounts etc.? The money kept being accepted, but if I win I have to provide proof. I asked for a list of deposits so that I have reference numbers to look for. This is supposed to take 6 weeks. They're stalling again instead of sending me a suggested solution.
