From bonus i gane profut and continuedd to play and made deposit also total i won 622 usd aprox . i was requested document my document verfied within hour i made a withdraw of 622 usd bout only 122 usd went in process they said me that i should attach withdraw not more than 200 usd ,i attach 4 withdraw at a time word 200 and lesser amount. i was fully verified and all document that i were asked was verified but they blcoked me and sent mail as follow---

The Company shall be entitled to inform relevant authorities, other online service providers and banks, credit card companies, electronic payment providers or other financial institutions of your identity and of any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity and you will cooperate fully with the Company to investigate any such activity.). You are banned from creating a new account and playing on our website. Any new accounts you register will be blocked.


i did not made any mistake but they banned me . I request u to please unblock my account i m a genuine player and i made this profit from lots of effort .

if they think i did anything wrong then please ask them to submit evidence

Sir i joined and got 25 usd as bonus then i made 350 usd profit and made only 40 usd (show not moneylaundering ) and then continued to play and made a withdraw of 522 usd but they only processed 122.50 usd to finance departmnent and 450 was in pending when i asked why my withdraw separated in part then they said it is easy to process low amount. The i again countinud to play and made more profit and when i have 550 usde i taken again 550 withdraw then it again splited in part and i got a mail that i should attach withdraw not more than 200 usd but any number i can take worth 200 usd then i initiated 4 withdraw worth 200 and less.

After a hour i tried log in then my account was blocked

I was registered aprox 5 days ago .i was fully verfied my paymnet proof also verfied . I made payment through binancepay. When my bonus beacame real after completing term conditon the i played roullete through evolution gaminng .

Do I understand correctly that you placed a real money deposit to only verify your payment method and all your winnings were accumulated from a free bonus entirely?

My balance was about 300 usd whe i placed my 40 usd deposit.i done payment thorugh binance pay and that timemy acccount was verified and i asked to submit paynent method screenshot and i submitted it .and it also got verified within 2 hour .


New update - i got a withdraw of 50 usd but my account is still blocked . They given me only one withdraw of 50 usd my 573 usd still in it .. Please help me to recover my account .
