The player from Portugal has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hasn’t been received yet. The player stopped responding to our questions and comments, so we rejected the complaint.

On the 24th of last month, I made 4 deposits on Vulkanbet, each of 50€. On the last deposit, I managed to win at the slots. I made a withdrawal of
150€, and another of 160€ around 11 pm. The following day, I received an email that stated my account was suspended until I could provide proof of the last deposit, as well as a photo of me holding my ID card with a piece of paper that had my email and the current date written on it. I complied and my account was successfully verified, as confirmed by the email I received.
According to Vulkanbet's terms and conditions, withdrawals of up to 200€ are paid within 2 business days. However, I have been told it would take 5 business days. I have done some research on forums and found that others are experiencing the same issue. They are waiting for a long time for their money or, in some cases, did not even receive it.
Can you please help me solve this situation or give me advice on how to resolve it?

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
