The player from India is dissatisfied with the withdrawal process. The casino repeatedly asks the player to make further deposits in order to be able to make a withdrawal. As the casino didn't respond to our messages and questions, the complaint was closed as 'unresolved'.

i am wining 4000doller. then i will try withdraw. but it always pendin. deposit was verry fast in 5 minutes. but withdraw is everytime pending. coustomer support says if you withdraw then you have to pay 9percentage commission of your withdraw. then i will try and get some money for lending, then i withdraw 1000 doller and i will pay the commission 90 doller. and the coustomer support say if you pay the commission you will credit your wining ammount in just 20 minutes. but my money not come. after 1 hr again i chat with support team. then he said your (The security service has detected suspicious activity), and you must be paid of your withdraw with 20 percentage, it means i will pay again 1000 doler of 20 percentage means 200 doller. this is ridiculous. if vulcanvegas team saw my message please you settle this. and please give me my wining balence. i am lot of money spend to this. 2 time deposit and 90 doller commission. please solve this

It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Could you please clarify when exactly you requested this withdrawal?

mam the support team say you can not withdrawal bcz you have to pay 200 doller for the commission. i have allready done the payment of 90 doller commission for withdraw 1000 doler. then why the support team ask again you will have to pay the 200 doller commission.

I have tried to contact the casino via email but my messages were undelivered. However, I have now made contact with the casino live support and have been told that I will be contacted by a supervisor.


As such, I will extend the timer for another 7 days. If there is no further response during that period, the complaint will be closed as 'unresolved' and have a further negative effect on the casino's rating.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but there has been no further response. Since the casino has no license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, I’m afraid there is nothing that can be done without cooperation from its side.


I will mark the complaint "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints may help to change the casino's approach.


I recommend you take a moment and read a review of each casino before you start playing in the future and only play in licensed casinos with a good rating. I wish I could have been of more help.
