Hi Casino Guru,


I want to present a unique scam case on this platform.


Scam casino site- vulcanvegas.club


So, I was added to a telegram channel where this scam site is being marketed. through this scam casino. I deposited $35 first and hit the jackpot. When I requested a withdrawal, the support said I need to deposit at least $70 or more to reach level 2 in order to be eligible for the withdrawal process. I did the same and requested withdrawal again.


It got interesting when they asked for more money in the form of 9% of the deposit in order to process the withdrawal of $1000. Again after thinking a lot, I decided to put $90 from my hard-earned money.


To my disappointment, they again asked for 20% of $1000 for verifying my account because they found some suspicious activity through my account. I asked them, to give me the proof of it and I will be happy to pay you.


After that, the support, used similar messages again and again (like we are waiting for your deposit, 20% of $1000 for verification, etc). I told them, to return my deposits at least and I don't want my winnings, for which I got bot-type replies as mentioned above.


So, in short, I got scammed.


Further, on their sites, each and every piece of content is copied from a very good casino Vulkan Vegas. The scammers have used their license numbers even. Each and every detail is copied. And I think is a punishable offense.


I hereby, extend my complaint about this fake casino.


I request Casino Guru to look into this matter and suggest every kind of step that can be done to give them a hard time. Because they are even scamming poor people by making fake promises.


I have proofs of conversations and everything. And as you guys are the expert, I want you to give every kind of solution to counter this.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your withdrawal problem. We have checked this casino thoroughly and found several alarming points which we highlighted in our review.

"As you can see from all of the information in our review, Vulcan Vegas Casino is a very bad online casino. We don't recommend playing at it and strongly advise you to stay away from it."


I know it's too late, but for future references, I would strongly recommend against paying any processing and verification fees as this is not how legit casinos operate.
