The player from New Zealand used an in-game feature, however winnings from it haven't been granted. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I was playing a game and won $32 on a feature, I know it's only a small amount but it's still the principal of it. The feature finished and my winnings was not credited to my account. I contacted support and they referred my issue to the appropriate department.... It's almost been 2 weeks and haven't heard anything. Evey time I contact to find out I get brushed off.
