Hi this is me again I keep you busy lol .. I have some trouble to withdrawl funds with this casino .. I don’t understand why they do this because they already paid me 5000$ .. now they keep holding funds since more than a week .. I made like 8 withdrawl in 8 days I got it the very next day every single time but now they find all excuses to keep holding funds and not paying me they said it can take 3-5 business days .. after that they told me this withdrawl is under manual verification .. funds on the way .. they said it all but this look like they just don’t want to pay me this getting on my nerves they keep closing the chat quick in my face and give me all the excuses possible .. it’s been 9 days today for my latest withdrawl when I said this to the live chatt they keep saying no it’s not 9 days I made it September 23 it’s like 8/9 days straight customer support is now very rude and I gave them some alternatives to pay me but they don’t want to do it .. sad because if we go back like 2 weeks before all was really good with this casino I just can’t believe it for such a low amount when they already paid me 5000$ since the last 3 weeks …
