The player from US is dissatisfied with the withdrawal process. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.

I posted to their page on here. I won $1500.00 (played in bitcoin) on Sunday 5-22–2022 at 3am. I requested a withdrawal and it was accepted to processing. I immediately contacted support to see if I did it right as it was my first withdrawal. They were responsive and kind at first and told me they’d expedite the withdrawal and I’d have it later that day. Later that day came and I didn’t receive it. I was told I had to wait a full 24 hours.

Monday at 1:53am I received a e mail stating I would be paid in the next 24 hours. I unwillingly had to wait and I did another 24 hours.

i just received another e mail telling me I had to wait more. They ignore my messages, now they are rude to me also. Bitcoin shouldn’t take 3 days and it’s excuse after excuse.

I was told by one of your coworkers to submit this complaint. If you go to VIPCOINCASINO on here and read the thread, you’ll see someone that works for casino guru said it was time to file a complaint. I want my money from these people!
