The player struggles to verify his account as some of his details do not match. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
I’ve submitted my kyc information at least 4 different occasions and until they stopped responding they told me my birthday on my I.d. Card didn’t match my account. So i corrected the issue, then they said i submitted and incorrect form even after i used the link that was sent to me so I can submit a credit card authorization form. Oh yeah, I paid in bitcoin and not a card for my my winning redemption but I still have to submit a debit or credit card info, so that I can withdraw my funds the same way bin which I made my deposit according to their terms and conditions.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
Could you also please advise why are there different birth dates - the casino in such cases is allowed to void any winnings if the information during register are false.
