The player from British Columbia claimed that the casino had been unresponsive to his emails, had not acknowledged his ID verification documents, and had locked him out of his account. The automated password reset was not working and he aimed to withdraw his $52. Despite our attempt to resolve the issue by asking for more details and extending the timer for his response, he did not reply. Consequently, we were unable to further investigate and had to reject the complaint.

This casino repeatedly ignores emails and their automated system for verifying emails or resetting passwords simply doesn't work. You can google for yourself and find tons of similar reports. They will make it as hard as possible for you to get verified and withdraw money from the platform.


They have not replied to my documents for ID verification. I am now locked out of my account for entering the wrong password, and the automated reset does not send an email, and support does not reply.


I have $52 on the platform that I want to withdraw. I will never use this casino again and highly recommend you stay away from the platform and do not deposit money.
