Hi, I having a problem getting my money from videoslots. First I try bank withdraw does not work it fails. Then I try again I need to get my document that's fine passed verification. Tried bank withdraw again. Denied again now I got to try and withdraw using my credit card but I can't it's and option but won't let me withdraw money from there. Then talk to the multiple times try some stuff to open up credi withdraw ,none of it works. So the they say they well do it manually that also gets denied. Now their telling me their having issues with Canadian players withdraw and it's not getting fixed

Hi it's fine my kyc. But they approved it three or for times. It's keep going back on the site. Visa withdrawl do no give me and option to type in nothing. Now their saying it's a problem with withdrawls for Canadians. Changing their story almost every time I talk to them
