So where do I start. I made an initial deposit won on slots and I went to withdraw. ran into a 3x initial deposit so I did that and still come out with 800 euro. Went to withdraw and found the Verification process sent relevant Id

so passport and picture of myself with passport what they stated. Was verified and now finally managed to withdraw... I made the first withdrawal on the 11th of this month of 400 euro as u can’t do more than one withdrawal at a time.

took over 24 hours to process and finally first payment accepted! So now I could make another request for 400 euro, this request was also processed and accepted over 24 hours.

but now Thursday the 15th both transactions have been rejected! Messaged them and replied with a technical error from the payment team? I don’t want to take any bonuses I want my money and I want out please help. Have screenshots of balance and withdrawal history

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified and if you did receive any confirmation of it? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Based on your description I would probably say that the verification is not yet finished but we will need more information to be sure.

What payment method did you use to withdraw? Did you try to use a different one after those got rejected?

Please note that unless the withdrawal takes less than 14 days, I can only recommend you to wait as it usually gets sorted within that time frame.
