The player from Poland had successfully withdrawn funds and verified his account, after which he deposited more money. However, when he tried to make another withdrawal, he encountered delays and an unexpected account blocking. Despite having no issues related to bonuses, the chat referred to counter-events for sports bonus. The player only discovered the block after contacting via chat. The casino then permitted the player to access his account to withdraw his funds, following which the account was to be permanently blocked. The player confirmed that he had successfully withdrawn the funds. The issue was subsequently marked as 'resolved'.

Account fully verified, after a few withdrawals. Then when they gave the impression of credibility deposited more funds, when trying to withdraw more funds, delays followed by blocking the account without the ability to log in. In chat they invoke counter events for bonus on sports events, just all funds came from real funds, nothing from bonuses. I was still able to log in today, I even got bonus offers in my mailbox. No information about the account being blocked, I only found out after writing to chat.

Hi,

The most turnover I did was slots, however I like bettong huge amounts on sports - the all time bets were like 5-7 lifetime at this account. The last sucessful withdrawal took place 6th march. Within the time of last withdrawal and block I didn't take any sports bonuses and they invoke violation of sports bonus terms. I did take one sport bonus (welcome bonus), sucessfully wagered it but then lost all the income at slots. After that I was taking only casino bonuses, but did not wager it succesfull once.
