I want my Winnings from Vegas Rush playing their slot games and I got 1600.00 they keep trying to bribe me with numerous and numerous of free chips or whatever they are continuously email after email and won't talk or give me my winnings or give me my money . Iam so as angry and upset with the THEIVES and LIERS that Vegas RUSH is running a dishonest heartless false advertisement casino that should be shut down and behind prison bars I DESERVE TO RECEIVE MONEY ASAP !!!!!

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. From your answers, when filing this complaint, I understood that you’ve been trying to withdraw winnings from No Deposit bonus, is that correct? I have checked bonus terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://www.vegasrushcasino.com/bonus-conditions/:

"If they never have deposited Players from particular nations may not cash-out of free processor offers. These players may partake of said processors that are free for entertainment purposes only. Please contact Customer Support to find out the list of excluded countries to see whether your state is included."

I wanted to check if United States are listed between excluded countries, unfortunately, the live chat wasn’t available. I’m still waiting for their reply via email.

However, I would like to emphasize that in case the restricted countries are not mentioned in terms and conditions or hidden somewhere, the casino should pay the player. Could you please advise if you have deposited funds in to your account in the past? Thank you very much in advance for your reply.

It clearly states I can withdraw from free codes it's still my winnings my money I won cause of them giving me a free no deposit to play on their slot machines and I just happen to get very lucky that I hit big on their slot machine whether it was a free bonus or not they shouldn't pass out free money and if they hit big to inform people you might as well not even play it's a waste of my time and stupid to try people like that who wants to play for not real money winnings it's just a pretend that you are winning big wow really needless to say I will never play or accept another bonus from them again .. I can't find proof of my cash deposits it's all been so stressful and got my anxiety and nerves breaking me out in stress hives and praying I will get what is rightfully mine .. They won't quit sending me free bonus one after another because of guilt and trying to butter me up well they can keep all of them cause I will never play after getting my winnings snatched from underneath me and still have not acknowledge my winnings and withdraws not one time told me why where what how ignored me other than numberous of 100 free bonus every single day more and more . If your winning is originated from free chips, I am afraid that there is some win limit on that winnings.


Did casino write you something about the winnings?

They have not contacted me or reply to my messages to them not one time I've sent numerous of texts asking why am I being ignored please talk to me tell me something and Vegas Rush would not acknowledge my winnings my withdraw I tried to make or got back to me saying or explaining what their problem is with me ?Then after awhile they started sending new codes free chips left and right but still wouldn't answer me or send a message back I got totally ignored .. and I won 1500.00 on slot machine .

But the answer is NO I never got anything from them about my winnings I tried to withdraw from their slot games I won on that day . I've sent numerous of texts messages asking to be explained why I haven't heard


from them or even acknowledge I was even real person. They would not answer any of my messages at all . Would not tell me what there issue was why won't they answer my questions r.totally ignored me from the day I tried to withdraw !!!

See they are determined not to even communicate with me and give me their reason to why I am not getting my money I won on their slot machine . It really upsets me to the point I won't play any casino s whatsoever.. I was really and still do need my money that they refuse to even acknowledge my emails .... Can not believe how dishonest and false advertisement and heartless they are to keep people's money they won . I wish I would just received my winnings and no more stress anxiety depression on being robbed by Vegas Rush... Please let me know something they still haven't answered you as well .. they should be ashamed and will have to answer to the man upstairs.... Thank u for taking time for me. Melissa
