The player from Sweden has submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings haven’t been obtained up to this day. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I have deposited €100 4(four) times across July and cleared the bonus terms(wagering) on each of those 4(four) times.


I wanted to withdraw;

€500 and €200 both on the same day, with a few hours between.

I sent in the bank statement.


Received email saying i had breached bet size and all winnings void.


Fair, i did misclick so one or two bets was to high, but over thousands and thousands of bets they can clearly see that it is not a breach on purpose.


I dont even know on which deposit i breached the bet size.

It seems unfair they can void all winnings, considering deposit and bonus was cleared.


How can bonus be cleared and then they say breach in ToS...


So, some goodwill?

Wagering way over €15k and they seize a €700 withdraw.
