The player's account got blocked after requesting a withdrawal. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
I think this is a new variant to cheat. Entered the wrong password 3 times because a new window had opened and these pages could not be opened with my saved password after I made a payment of 800 euros. Since then I only write emails and permanently in live chat and they only write the same as an answering machine. They don't read what you write their answer is click on the password "forgot button" response comes promptly check email however never comes an email or junk mail over and over again comes the same live chat catastrophe we pass it on and on it reports someone will be coming soon. Of course I didn't let myself be fobbed off, but that's no use. Statement: Payment could come if nothing changes. I've been writing to them for 4 days. I know four days doesn't sound like much, but the account is and remains blocked and made a withdrawal beforehand and did not receive an email to be able to reset the password. As I said, I'm not stupid. This is a new scam. Stay away from the casino only registered me there because I had read good recommendations , but these true probably just bought.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
Please note that it is sometimes common that the casino blocks the player account until the verification is finished and it might take up to 14 days.
