I passed the verification on the same day when I registered. Tue, 08/16/22 9:54 pm . I used the bonus and made a deposit of 200 Euros, and I won 421 Euros. But then my account was blocked. By the way, I wrote a complaint to the authority that issued them a license, and do you know what response I got to my email? The licensor wrote that he has nothing to do with this casino. I was just told in the support chat that my account has been blocked forever, and the funds will not be returned to me. And to my question, why did the body that issued them a license write me an answer that it has nothing to do with this casino, they told me, well, you can file a complaint with our company, that is, with their internal email, and not with an independent body. There has been no response from the casino so far. I will attempt to contact them again.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I’m afraid there is not much that can be done without cooperation from its side.


I will mark the complaint "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue.
