made a deposit in a site on 24th Jan evng 5 via Airtel bank through phone pe but the receiver denied recieving it since 15 days .

I sent him the utr and the payment screenshot and he said I will get a refund in 7 working days as it's failed and he didn't get it. I waited for 7 working days and he askedfor my bank statement to see if I got a refund which i didn't .

He still denies of getting my payment .

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

I sent them every proof , payment screenshot. They asked me to wait for 7 days so I may get refund . Which i didn't and shared passbook after 10 days . Then they asked me to contact bank which I did . And bank said it's sucess and asked reciepients passbook which vbet won't provide. Ask them to answer here please
