So to begin i deposit 100 euros lost it all 1 day later i receive an email i got a bonus of 40€ so i play with it all 0.5 bet got to 500 needed to wager 1.8k did that tried to cash out 600€ tried to withdraw waited 2 days nothing came so contacted support they said it could take longer i said okay i wait today i receive an email i did something wrong in terms and rules doing over 5 bet i never did that so i got a mail they took my money and canceled the withdrawal this is so bad i really needed the money as wel but yeah here i see casino is not the way to do sofile

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Is your betting history available within your casino account? If yes, please forward it to nikolas.b@casino.guru and if not, try to request it from the casino to forward it to you. When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

So i tried contacting them i just saw my account was banned from now on so I don’t have anything of proof anymore. Sadly enough

Yes i still tried no reaction nothing just that one mail. Went to my account and bang had a message account deleted wanted to ask them why and why the money is gone got no reaction at all anymore
