I deposited crypto ETH into my Vave account. They did not credit my account. Said there was a problem with the payment center, was under investigation. It's been almost 48 hours. The lack of communication is very bad. I speak with in game support and they are no help. Please see attached information. If you need more, please let me know. I attached the stuff when you send Crypto and where it showed it was pending twice and declined twice. That tells me they see it. I'm not the sharpest toothpick in the box, but I think they seen it. Also, has me listed in Japan, I'm not in Japan.

Sent to your email Kristina, sorry for the late reply. They did say they would refund, but that was 4 days ago I believe and still haven't gotten anything.
