deposited money before i saw the horrendous reviews online. I didn't read their policy because you would expect the same fair policies you get at other online casinos. I tried to withdrawal and it was declined. When i talked to live support they pointed me to a policy they have on their website that says you must play through your deposit 3 times before you can withdrawl. LOL. absolute nonsense. Then i pointed them to another policy they have where you can refund your deposit within 24hrs of deposit. I was told because i placed 1 bet on their shitty site that I was not eligible for a refund.

Avoid this casino at all costs.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked the terms and conditions, and this is what I found:

"8.11. You must meet the wagering requirements in full before you can withdraw funds from your Account. You must wager your deposit amount at least 3 times for casino/live casino bets and at least 1 time for sports bets before you withdraw."

It means that if you have deposited €10 you need to place bets in the amount of €30 before you’ll be able to withdraw your winnings. It is not unusual for a casino to have this rule. Some casinos require deposit wagering 1x, some 3x, but you can find casinos with even higher wagering requirements for deposited money. I would recommend contacting the casino and following the instructions.
