The player from Illinois had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting the complaint. The payment hadn't been processed at that time. We had advised him to wait for 14 days before making a complaint as it was common for withdrawals to take some time due to KYC verification or high volume of requests. The player later confirmed that he had received his withdrawal. We then marked the complaint as resolved.

It is a small amount and it was requested in the last 24 hours. However, the way Vave is going about this is shady.


It's a Bitcoin withdrawal and Vave has already approved it. Yet, when I asked what the issue is they just keep telling me that although the cashout was approved, they can't send it to the blockchain right now. The approval took 20 minutes, why not just manually send my funds? Instead, theyre just giving me a run around saying that the system just didn't cash it out…. Okay…… then send it to me!!


Also, not the cash out says pending but they still keep saying it was approved?

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
