The player from Illinois has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hasn’t been received yet.
I submitted a withdrawal request yesterday evening, Bitcoin withdrawals should be instant at least within a couple hours. I deceived an email at 8 pm that it was approved. I woke in middle of night to discover my account balance back up and the withdrawal declined. I see no money and no more emails. So I resubmit and it also gets declined. I start sending emails I finally get a reply which was a bold face lie saying they sent it but it failed to reach my wallet. Upon checking on the blockchain they actually hadn’t sent a dime. They sent the approval emails TWICE but declined it both times. Now I’ve been waiting a full day for a payment I should have received 23 hours ago. They are refusing to process and refusing to reply. I have screenshots of all.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
