Please note that the cash back bonus is not calculated based on your deposits. If you had more wins than losses you should not have received any cashback bonus. Also the technical error was promised to be fixed by the casino and unfortunately there is nothing we are able to do about it as it can happen in any casino anytime. If there is no proof that the bet would be a winning bet our hands are tied.
