The player from Russia has deposited money into his account but the funds seem to be lost. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Made a deposit on platform, it wasnt credited to my account. I've contacted support, they told me to wait and funds will be credited to my account within 3 hours. After 3 hours has passed, i contacted support once again . This time i was informed that it will take up to 3 days. Now its been over 3 days and still no information on my funds. Support just copy/pasting me same message "please wait" .

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

Could you please advise which payment method you have opted for and if you contacted your payment provider/bank already? If there’s any relevant communication, please forward it along with a payment receipt to petronela.k@casino.guru.
