Namely, I started gambling on vavada and as an addict I lost about 3000 euros. They blocked my account under the justification that I am an addict. Now my question is whether I have any right to return the paid funds and how to do it.After asking the casino to help me and refund my money, they blocked me due to addiction.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. Do I understand correctly that you first lost all the money and only then informed the casino about your gambling problem?

If that is the case, I am afraid that we are not able to help and you are not entitled to any refunds. We believe casinos are only obliged to refund deposits that were made after the player applied for self-exclusion and the casino failed to close their account, which doesn't seem to be the case here.

Please, let me know if there is anything else I could help you with, otherwise, I will be forced to close this complaint.
